Jim, surely you do not mean the tiny number of police killed by criminals with a gun in anyway resembles the much larger number of citizens robbed and killed by armed criminals while the police are to busy eating their donuts to response to the 911 call.

Utter nonsense from the tofu crowd. Police have machine guns, no machine guns are in use by the general public to commit crimes and very few machine guns are even owned by the general public as there are a lot of tax and licensing restrictions. If these bozos mean that driving while black makes armed black citizens more equal to armed police wich mace, machine guns and big clubs than so be it.

Lets see a woman’s right to have an abortion is the lib mantra as long as that exists than there can never be a justification for any type of guns r. I have no problem keeping them away from Felons and kids but then also have to be kept from the mentally ill. There was an article today in the Wash Post regarding gun ownership and that VA prevents 5 times as many folks with mental problems than MD.
Its the age old lib problem we don’t want to judge people or affect their rights but have no problem going after law abiding citizens to achieve a liberal agenda

The difference between you and I is that you believe that the government loves you. I however know a different side of the government.

I know a government that endorses private prison slave labor camps. A government that wages a war on drugs, and that is also involved in producing and trafficking drugs to fund “black projects.” That arms the Mexican drug cartels. (Wackenhut, Geogroup)(Iran-Contra)(Afghanistan)(Fast and Furious)

I know a government that supports summary execution without the right to an attorney, fair trial or due process. That supports indefinite detention based on mere accusation. That practices torture. (Samir Khan, Anwar al-Awlaki, Abdulrahman al-Awlaki)(NDAA)(Abu Ghraib)

A government that has a history of overthrowing freely elected governments. That has been know to lie to gain support for foreign wars. That supports dictatorship all around the world. (Nicaragua, Iran)(WMDs, Pat Tillman, Jessica Lynch)(China, Saudi Arabia)

He’s a liar and people who think because I own a gun I’m some sort of a whack job are to me so misinformed and mislead I’m not just a gun owner I’m also a shooting victim I thought like most of you it could never happen to me so I sold my .22 cal target pistol Never thinking that some criminal much less one featured on Americas Most Wanted for being a prison escapee would not only be able to get a shot gun much less shoot me with it . so here I am unarmed wounded and the only way out is through the shooter . less just say believing as you all do almost cost me my life . Yes I own Gun and No I wouldn’t give anyone of them up . What I don’t understand is how can you think that some mad man can’t and wont break into your home and either wound you or kill you . Being an unarmed target is the most Whacko thing I have ever heard of you know that it takes the police 30 minutes to respond to a call that is half of the golden hour were doctors can save your life and if you bothered to look at the facts more gun =less crime look at the FBI stats or even President Jimmy Carters data on gun control and look at John Lott’s books Joe Biden is like a creepy Uncle . to me everyone that doesn’t want a gun should pay a tax for that because they truly want to be victimized to me I’d rather defend myself
