Clinton could preside over a flush economy because Bush Sr. won a big victory in Kuwait. Most world powers trusted american economy and the war gave employment opportunities. But in the final days of Clinton administration, the economic state of affairs began to decline. While supporting Obama, Clinton used the word’ REPAIR.’ Obama was given four years to repair the economy and he has failed miserably. The fact that he is an impotent mechanic can be proved from the fact that America is facing today deep economic recession and massive unemployment. Conversely, Thatcher took only two years to repair the British economy which was in shambles during the Labor party’s administration. Clinton wants to sidetrack the issue by using the word ‘repair.’ That’s how he sidetracked in the Lewinsky affair by saying that he was innocent.
