Why Obama Is Going To Win

James and I are ready to put down our marker: President Obama is going to win re-election on Tuesday. Although many pundits are calling the race a tossup, our last national tracking survey shows the president clearly ahead. President Obama has all of the momentum, he holds leads in the key swing states, and he is on track to score a comfortable victory in the electoral college:

Headline Writers Must Have Worked Overtime On New ABC News/Washington Post Poll

James Carville called me early this morning to talk about the new ABC News/Washington Post poll, reported under the banner, “Poll: Democrats’ advantage on key issues is not translating to a midterm-election edge.” The headline writers must have worked overtime to get to the interpretation that Democrats cannot translate the current mood into election gains.

Forget The Conventional Wisdom: What The Numbers Really Say About President Obama

ABC News and the Washington Post have released a new poll indicating that the president is in trouble — and warn that both his standing and the Affordable Care Act hang over the 2014 elections. As ABC News’ Gary Langer put it: “Barack Obama starts his sixth year in office with the public divided about his

The Republican Party’s Historic Failure

Recent polls tell a story about the political climate in America: People are furious with what the political class has done to this country. While voters are not thrilled with the Democratic Party and the president, they are particularly angry with the Republican Party. In fact, the GOP’s rapidly declining numbers are downright historic. Our

The Republicans only agenda are “OBSTRUCTION” to Obstruct the President Progress as the Republicans doesen’t see the Progress we have made under the strong leadership of President Obama since he came in office.
I’m a 63 year old Senior who has worked physically hard on the Production Line at the Florida Coca-Cola Bottling Company for 30 years 1976-06, who as retired with great pride and dignity in 2006, therefore I know and understand what it takes to built an economy. Speaker Boehner and his colleagues the Republicans doesen’t understand what it’s like as they have never experience it.
I’ll never believe the Republicans lies as they have never told the truth as they cannot handle the truth because they cannot handle the truth hurt.
The Republicans have caused enough damage to our economy it’s time to replace them in the 2014 mid-term election, by giving back Congress to Democrats and the gavel back to Congresswomen Nancy Pelosi D-California, we have to keep the Senate Democrats.
I’m optimistic, confident, and hopeful that with the strong leadership of Democrats and President Obama we would reach a lasting prosperity as early 2015.

How average people can support the GOP is beyond me, all they want to do is balance the budget on the backs of the poor and middle class while protecting tax cuts for the rich. Trickle Down has been in effect since Reagon and all it has done is shrink the middle class. Wake up before it’s all gone because then it will be too late !

I have faith in the majority of Americans. I think people are involving themselves more in politics, seeing the connection with their lives, with the youth and their electronic connections opening their eyes more than earlier days. The Republicans aren’t seeing this awakening, not giving credit to the intelligence of the vast majority. They were totally shocked that Romney didn’t win. How could he win when he was anti- autoworkers, anti-women, anti-minorities, anti-teachers, anti-policemen, anti-firemen, anti-elderly, anti-PBS, etc. What was left but wealthy older white men–that’s a minority of the people! The Democrats gained 8 House seats and kept the Senate in the 2012 election, despite the billion that the Adelsons and Kochs of the world spent on bashing Democrats. With more women running for high positions, being more no-nonsense (that’s why women are mothers and coordinate the family), Democrats will prevail. No-nonsense is what we need. The Kochs will lose several more millions, but with their $72 billion and counting, what’s a few million spent on each of several elections all around the country? We’re feeding into their profits, as long as we keep up with the dirty coal industry. We need solar and wind power to take front and center, not to speak of saving our precious planet.

With the government shutdown fabricated by the Republicans and their recent cut in “Food Stamps” (SNAP) there are more people that will vote Democrats in the 2014 mid-term election as the Democrats would regain Congress, and more Democrats will win seats in the Senate.

    OUR ECONOMY GOING FORWARD:
We must put the past behind us as we go “FORWARD” together, since President Obama took office in 2009 we have made progress, in which the Nation deficit is the lowest since 2008, in which we can expect to go even lower by 2015.
The majority of the American people are fed up with the Republicans “OBSTRUCTION” and “GRIDLOCK.” Many Republicans are up for re-election in 2014, because the goverment shutdown fabricated by the Republicans the Democrats will regain control of Congress as Democrats will gain more seats in the Senate.
According to the Social Security Administration the Social Security Trust Fund has a surplus of $2.8 trillion, in which this sum plus revenue that comes every day can pay out every benefit owed to every eligible recipients. Senator Bernie Sanders I-Vermont is working hard with other senators in the Senate to expand and strengthen Social Security benefit to current seniors age 62 and older, and for future generation for the next 75 years.
I’m optimistic, with great confidence in the American people, I’m hopeful that early 2015 we would be even stronger as a nation as we would feel and see a lasting prosperity.
