Enman decision by the SC. You made me read a long court case involving property lines of Enman farms by acquiescence. Do you actually have any examples or court cases demonstrating how labour unions make a habit of bombing, killing, and raping workers who don’t want to join, in an open shop environment?

Maybe you could also elaborate on why you feel that a union exec. should be criminally responsible for the actions of some individual union member, in regards to the common law.

So, you feel that union leaders are exempt from criminal prosecution if a union member breaks a law on their spare time, but they shouldn’t be exempt because no other organizational leader is exempt in that way. Furthermore, you’re convinced that unions have killed, bombed, and raped workers who won’t join. Have I got all that?

TO: onedonewong; I also “ASKED” U to research this, which U obviously didn’t. Nixon’s impact on the nation was to tear it’s very fabric to shreads!!! That means the economy, business, society at large & of course, government. This type of stuff U MUST search out, since HE (Nixon) personally signed the policy to effectively halt Civic’s education from being taught in schools – a fact of which makes U its victim, if U 2 are under 50!!! The TV that I do watch, I don’t have a choice, as Fox is played in bars, lobby’s of business offices, the university lounge (which I request it be CHANGED immediately!!!), or other public places, but I, myself, don’t subscribe to a cable or satellite service. Dems actually controlled congress from the late 40′s or early 50′s til the 1990′s & the period in question is addressed above. If U don’t or haven’t done U’r “HOMEWORK”, this is ALL a waste of time. So turn off the TV awhile & put some time into this if U’r really seriously wanting to ENGAGE HERE!!!

You don’t watch TV but then you accuse me of nothing but Fox Lingo…. sorry rusty looks like all you info is gleamed form TV and you have never read a book or paper. Carter didn’t inherit anything that wasn’t of his own making run away inflation, gas lines and huge unemployment Reagan inherited his mess and he FIXED it.
Carter had a Democratic house and senate so how did republicans cause him any issues?? Democrats controlled congress from 1960 thur 1980 so all Carter did was inherit a democratic theme of stagflation that they caused.
Clinton had no hand in balancing the budget, you can thank Newt and John Boener for the contract with America that fixes almost 60 years of Democratic malaise.
The economy isn’t worsening?? Really its the worst it has been since the Great Depression and its not getting any better. There are FEWER americans working today than at anytime during W’s 2nd term.
No obama isn’t a typical liberal he’s a consummate Socialist just like Germany was in the 1930′s and 40′s he’s just following the lead of his ultra ego

Well, I don’t watch network TV, which gives me a pretty good perspective on those who do, as their entire lexicon is completely CONSUMED w/TV language & “LINGO”!!! U therefore understand how boring I find most people who only talk TV when the world is literally in flames all around them – w/out their notice, no less!!! Taking U’r post for instance, I hear nothing but Fox network “language”, but nothing in the way of factual or original thought. Jimmy Carter inherited a recessionary, post-Vietnam war economy. Check U’r facts. Whatever deficit incurred was the results of the economy left – AGAIN – by Republican mismanagement. U go straight to that socialist BS of the 1990′s, so that U don’t have to acknowledge the miraculously expert job on President Bill Clinton did in cleaning up the $trillion mess left – AGAIN – by Reagan-Bush. But the disrespect is only cover – it’s well understood – so conservatives like U don’t have to respond to questions of why, if PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA is such a BAD president, the economy, government or society isn’t worsening as it steadily did w/the 2001-2009 Republican administration conservatives voted mindlessly for. The depression lasted so log because of FDR, Great Britain was immersed in the same great depression and were fully out in 1938 and it took us 10 more years to be out 1948.
No we have to be thankful that W was in the WH from 2001-2009, if it had been Barak this country wold be rivaling Haiti for wort country in the hemisphere.
Reagn Bush??? Reagan ended the great recession of Jimmy Cater but it only took Reagan 3 years and nowhere the deficit that barak has managed to do while making the economy worse than when he came in.
Barak was a REGISTERED Socialist in the party in the 90′s. Baraks idea of sharing the wealth is taking it from the producers and giving it to those who refused to work and pay taxes

If there was NOT a conservative occupying the Oval Office from 2001-2009, R U 2 say things would have been still chaotic? & just b/c the 2001-2009 CATASTROPHE ended, it doesn’t mean it’s over. The “OTHER” Great Republican (why does it always have 2 B U conservatives doin THAT!?!?) DEPRESSION, wasn’t over for 12 years! But when we were finally out of it, we didn’t have another economic CRISIS til Reagan-Bush. Clinton comes in, rights the ship & CRASH!!! ANOTHER Republican at it AGAIN!!! Call all the names U want, b/c its obvious conservatives despise Democracy b/c they’re crashing it constantly & can’t even explain why they do it!
