CLEVELAND — Donald Trump’s climb to the top of the Republican ticket shattered the rules of presidential politics. Now, his nomination is promising to break with tradition like no other political convention in the modern era. Trump’s brash brand of reality-TV politics is expected to produce a crowd-pleasing four days in Cleveland. It’s sure to capture…

  1. Trust me, the only speech Trump will give at the end of the convention will be ALL about him. He has yet to actually put forth ANY ideas of how he’s actually going to accomplish what he’s promised to accomplish, and when he has; i.e., the economy, it’s been proven that his ideas will end up costing taxpayers billions of dollars while his cronies get more and more of our taxpayer money!!! He’s so enamored with himself that there is little else he can talk about….so be prepared to hear how wonderful he is, how great he is, and how he’s going to change the world, but don’t expect to hear anything concrete about how he’s going to do all that he has promised!!!

      • <<o. ✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤✤:::::::!ja600s:….,…..

      • No, he always has Melania and his family…..they are the same as “empty” chairs in my book. And, the fact that Melania copied several parts of Michelle Obama’s speech from 8 years ago shows that she’s as empty-headed as the rest of the family!!! Then, of course, she lies about it and says she wrote the speech all by herself when later it’s admitted that she had assistance. Talk about liars…..this is a big one!

    • Do you think that maybe in his acceptance speech he’ll bring up again the fact that he’s still not sure if he’ll even serve his term as president if he’s actually elected?? He brought that topic up and left it with this comment when questioned about what he had said:

      “I’ll let you know how I feel about it after it happens,” he then said.

      To be fair, The Times noted that it’s “entirely possible that Mr.
      Trump is playing coy to earn more news coverage.” But considering
      Trump’s unconventional path to winning the Republican presidential
      nomination, and his background as a billionaire businessman rather than a
      public servant, some have questioned whether Trump really wants the
      presidency.

      From Buisiness Insider:

      Donald Trump entertains idea he might not actually serve as president if he wins election

      • Wait until he figures out that he’s not going to make as much as president as he does running his companies, AND he’s going to have to turn over all his companies to his sons (who are every bit as egotistical and narcissistic as he is). Not sure if he’s going to be happy about that!!

        • Yes, The Donald doesn’t think past the moment, if he even really thinks at all (all he seems to do is shoot from the hip as reflexive actions). So I’m sure he’s not thought about the enormous conflicts of interest that he would pose as President given all his business holdings , which he would have to resolve, should he be elected.

          Hopefully, the American populace is not so stupid that they would ever put our country into a position where The Donald would have to make those kinds of decisions.

          • We can only keep our fingers crossed and pray to whomever we pray to! His presidency would bring only utter chaos to this country and it’s sad that his so-called followers don’t understand or see that!

    • Yeah, I noticed that too…..not a single African American person on the agenda, and even if they COULD find one, I wouldn’t believe anything he said because he/she is probably being paid to tout The Donald!!! As for the rest of his speakers, most of them are not even “B” listers…..they are so far down the list that they would be hard to find!!!

  2. Wow. Even the typical B-Listers and B-List Has-beens are absent this year. We get “Chachi”, “Duck Dynasty”, “The Calvin Kline guy”, and a host of others whose names most people don’t know.
