Government help create or support jobs whether it be in the private sector or in government. Without government, there is no private sector. without government there is chaos. I support every initiative President Obama is trying to stimulate the nation's economy. There's one thing I can say, is that, this president is trying to do something for all concern. He is a good and decent leader. His initiatives are not instant proof solutions, but in time, results will be reflected and of course, new initiatives will come to light. But at least, we are trying to head the right direction.
I live on a tiny island 'rock' that is the farthest, remote, disadvantaged insular area of the US in the south Pacific called, Territory of American Samoa. We have our own problems too, but once our nation's problems are resolved, then they trickle down to rural America like us.
And as stated by former president Clinton, Washington has to come together to resolve the nation's economy crisis.

For The unenlightened left. A simple mantra, Government doesn't make jobs. It reduces the possibility of the private sector making them. Someone should notify Obama of the fact.

ANN COULTER IS AN ALIEN, claims former lover Lou Dobbs. In a shocking revelation today, Dobbs recounts his torrid affair with Right Wing Siren Ann Coulter, and his horrific, and bewildering sexual encounters with the Republican Right's hottest hottie. "The moment I realized Ann was not human, that she was an alien being, not of this word, was the moment I knew I was the sexual slave of an extraterrestrial", claimed Dobbs.
Why is it no one is calling for regulation of hedge funds? These giant organized gambling concerns continue to manipulate markets to the detriment and ruination of small-fry mutual fund (heavily regulated) investors while ferrying politicians around the world in their luxury jet planes. But perhaps I have answered my own question: as "Deep Throat" said, "follow the money". Clinton and other would-be leaders would have more credibility on these issues if they had not become so personally dependent on the financial largess of the professional plunderers.
