Nude AIDS Activists Arrested In Boehner’s Office

November 27th, 2012 7:51 pm Associated Press

WASHINGTON (AP) — Three women AIDS activists saying they wanted to highlight the “naked truth” about potential spending cuts in HIV programs were arrested Tuesday after taking their clothes off in the lobby of House Speaker John Boehner’s office.

The trio had the words “AIDS cuts kill” painted on their bodies and had linked arms with four men who also disrobed as part of the protest. The nude protesters, along with dozens of other clothed demonstrators chanted slogans, including: “People with AIDS are under attack. What do we do? Fight back.”

The three women were arrested by Capitol Police as they mingled with other protesters in the hall outside Boehner’s district office after putting their clothes back on. The naked male protesters appeared to have left.

“People with AIDS are sick and tired of being pushed over the cliff,” said Jennifer Flynn, 40, of New York City, who was among those arrested. “We need to make sure they stop going after people with AIDS.”

Michael Tikili, 26, of New York City, said he is HIV-positive and depends on Medicaid for treatment.

“Just the idea of these programs being cut is horrible,” Tikili said.

The protest occurred as congressional leaders and President Barack Obama seek a deal to avert automatic spending cuts and tax increases in January. A coalition of AIDS activist groups gathering in Washington for Saturday’s World AIDS Day organized the protest.

This is what pre-marital sex gets you, even more so when it’s unprotected. It’s no one elses fault that you decided to have sex, it’s no one elses fault you decided to do it unprotected, it’s no one elses fault you didn’t wait until marriage like you were taught. For years the Government as well as sponsored foundations have plastered our televisions with ADs telling you to “protect your self”, or “wrap it up”. Did you honestly think those commercials were just lying to you. They told you sex wasn’t a game and your life wasn’t something to be played with. You ignored all warnings, were too naive about your sexual partners, and now you’re sick. This isn’t the Government’s problem, it’s yours for being fucking stupid. Not saying everyone affected by AIDS is “stupid”, Some spouses are lying sacks of shit, funding should be allocated to those people who were unknowingly infected by their unfaithful spouse. Not saying I my self haven’t done any of the stupid shit I listed above or still don’t wrap it up from time to time based on the women I have had sex with. But I get tested when I stray off the path. And If I did get sick from taking such risks sexually, I’m not running to the Government to ask for money or get life sustaining medication. I would have no one to blame but my self for being irresponsible enough with my own body.

Men who walk both lines of the spectrum should be executed indefinatly. They’re partly to blame. They get the disease from a community with relativly high numbers of infection, then spread it to women who effectively spread it to another unsuspecting person. Which is why I know if I got the disease my self from risks associated with sex, I wouldn’t be storming someones office naked with my hand out.“People with AIDS are under attack. What do we do? Fight back.” How about you just contain your damn horny permiscuous selves, and listen for once when someone says your life is not a game and is the one thing you shouldn never play around with. Why does the government have to come help you and waste resources on decisions you made which you damn well knew deep down inside were bad news.

Every problem has a simple obvious solution that is wrong.

Worldwide, AIDS spreads fastest among straight married women. Today men must work farther from home and contract AIDS from prostitutes. The wife has no say in that nor may she choose whether to have sex with her husband or demand the use of condoms. Condom availability and use has long been undermined by the same church that spreads the judgmental drivel that Chris Da Rocha repeats.

In the U.S., more AIDS is transmitted by IV drug use than homosexual sex and then spreads to powerless women as before. Some women must stay with an abusive partner in order to feed their children. The same church that encouraged her to bear more children than she could support opposes renewal of the Violence Against Women Act because it might protect a few lesbians and transsexuals.

CDC has fought disease as a matter of PUBLIC health for at least a century and TB has far more impact than AIDS. The establishment clause prohibits our government from ignoring a disease just because some fraction of its victims might have sinned. It must find and treat those who were drugged, coerced or raped or were in a committed relationship with a secretly infected partner. It must also consider those who contract AIDS from a blood transfusion or an accidental needle stick.

John Boehner and Chris Da Rocha can blame the victim and deny assistance until the day when a coin flip yields tails for them.

More people telling the politician not to cut THEIR program. Cut someone else’s program.
