So I understand, you blame the president because Congress can’t come to a compromise? There are 3 equal parts to government and the legislative branch isn’t dependent on the executive branch. The legislative branch should be legislating and sending bills to the executive branch for their approval/signature. That’s how our government is designed to work.

RethugLIARcons are more interested in getting reelected than of doing the peoples’ business. They’ve already said that their main aim is to see the president fail. Like their standard-bearer, Robot Romney, they don’t care about the vast majority of Americans anyway. They have to go out and campaign and make certain that they continue to eat at the hog trough of taxpayers’ money while attending all those lavish, fundraising parties!
