Well, that didn’t take long. People around the world have taken a look at Donald Trump and decided his America is not a place they want to visit. The result has been labeled the “Trump Slump,” a drop in international tourism that’s predicted to cost the United States more than $7 billion. Experts across the travel industry have sounded the alarm that the Trump presidency, already destructive on so many fronts, may also do serious financial damage to the country’s $250 billion tourism sector.

Frommer’s, a prominent travel guide, notes that “the prestigious Travel Weekly magazine (as close to an ‘official’ travel publication as they come) has set the decline in foreign tourism at 6.8 percent” for this year. ForwardKeys, which crunches travel numbers, points to a 6.5 percent downturn in international travel to the U.S. in the week after Trump attempted to issue the Muslim travel ban in January. During the same period, the company found reservations for U.S.-bound flights from Western Europe fell 14 percent and plunged 38 percent from across the Middle East. And a survey released this month by the Global Business Travel Association concluded “45 percent of European business travel professionals say they are less likely to schedule meetings or events in the U.S.,” according to the Los Angeles Times.

The numbers offer evidence that Trump has turned off potential visitors from around the world. The resounding message of Trump’s “America First” stance, his obsession with the Mexico border wall, his anti-immigrant and anti-refugee policies, his Muslim ban, and his rudeness to longstanding allies is that America is inhospitable to foreigners. Predictably, international travelers are opting to stay away—and that includes the European ones that Trump and his supporters are totally cool with.

“Even white, Anglo-Saxon people, who are most of our customers, they are afraid of crossing the border,” Al Qanun, who runs a Toronto travel agency, told the Times. “They don’t want to end up in some prison.”

Among the innumerable costs of Trump’s and his follower’s nationalism are a few you can actually put a price tag on. Tourism Economics, which uses data to forecast travel trends, expects the international tourism drop-off to result in a revenue loss of $7.4 billion, according to Bloomberg News. That figure doesn’t include contributions from those who come to the U.S. for medical treatments or educational reasons, and who tend to spend even more money, enriching American coffers, while they’re here. The loss of all those visitors could mean future problems for a sector on which more than 15 million people rely for employment. Oxford Economics suggests the toll may ultimately ripple beyond the travel industry, even reducing the U.S. gross domestic product by a few percentage points, per Market Watch.

“I’ll tell you quite honestly, when I saw these reports my reaction was, Oh, my god,” Douglas Quinby, of travel-market firm PhocusWright, told the Boston Globe. “To see a decline in search and booking volume in the 6- to 8-percent range is a profound shift.”

Travel industry insiders aren’t just freaking out, they’re trying to stop the trend in its tracks. Roger Dow, CEO of the U.S. Travel Association, penned an open letter to Trump, as if he could be reasoned with.

“Mr. President, please tell the world that while we’re closed to terror, we’re open for business,” the brief letter nearly pleads. “Imbalanced communication is especially susceptible to being ‘lost in translation’—so let’s work together to inform our friends and neighbors, who could benefit from reassurance, not just who is no longer welcome here, but who remains invited.”

The coastal cities where Trump fared the worst in the election are likely to be hardest hit by travel downswings triggered by his administration. Bloomberg cites New York, Los Angeles and Miami as cities that could suffer heavy economic losses. One estimate suggests Miami could lose as much as $736 million over the next three years. Thirty percent of all foreign tourists arriving in the U.S. have New York City as their destination, and if just 300,00 fewer of them visited the city in a year, its economy would be shorted roughly $900 million. To stave off those kinds of losses, NYC & Co., the city’s official tourism agency, has adopted “All Are Welcome” as its new slogan and made it clear it opposes the Trump travel ban.

The rise of Trump and his xenophobic messaging has motivated a number of countries to warn their citizens against non-essential trips to the U.S. The Nigerian government, citing “a few cases of Nigerians with valid multiple-entry U.S. visas being denied entry and sent back,” suggested its residents skip the jaunt to America if they have a choice. In January, the Toronto Star published an editorial suggesting Canadian citizens boycott the U.S. in response to the Trump Muslim ban.

Other negative reactions to America’s longstanding social issues and rising right-wing policies began to take hold even before Trump office. Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Bahamas, the U.K., Germany and New Zealand all issued 2016 U.S. travel warnings to citizens due to the U.S.’ issues with mass shootings, general gun violence, police murders of black citizens, anti-LGBT bathroom laws, and ongoing social upheaval.

With Trump and his white nationalist brigade in charge, the tourism lag could dip to levels not seen since after the World Trade Center attacks.

“The U.S. is in danger of taking the same path it took after September 11, which led to a decade of economic stagnation in the travel and tourism sector,” David Scowsill, CEO of the World Travel & Tourism Council, told the Globe. “Strict visa policies and inward-looking sentiment led to a $600 billion loss in tourism revenues in the decade post-9/11.”

Trump and his followers will definitely find a way to blame President Obama if the tourism decline persists, but in reality, under the previous administration foreign visits went way up. Bloomberg cites data from U.S. Travel indicating that from 2006 to 2015, “America saw international visitors rise, with arrivals increasing from 51 million in 2006 to nearly 78 million in 2015.”

Perhaps under Trump, Russia can fill the growing gap and make up the difference. Flight app Hopper found Russia is an exception to the rule, with U.S. flight search queries recently increasing 88 percent, per the Guardian.

If you can. In some states that would be a chore; like Florida.

      • PrecipitousDrop says:

        It’s not so hard.
Just steer clear of Walmart and KFC.

        • FireBaron says:

Don’t forget Chik-Fil-A and Hobby Lobby – of course, they are closed on Sundays.

          • idamag says:

They just opened a hobby lobby here. I will never step foot in it. I only went to chik-a-fil-a before it came out with its rhetoric. I never planned on going again. The chicken was not that good. We have local restaurants who are not a cookie cutter menu restaurant.

          • Dear me—No! Let’s not forget dear old Hobby Lobby.

          • dpaano says:

They just opened one in my city…..it’s just down the street from another “hobby” store, Michael’s, so it’s usually pretty empty. People don’t forget about these things….and with California being a very liberal state, especially southern California, we don’t forget about companies that don’t meet our standards! I wouldn’t walk in there if it were the LAST hobby store on the planet…pretty much the same with Papa John’s, Walmart, etc.

Check out the town of Ave Maria in Florida. Owned by the Domino’s pizza baron they have “Christian based” local ordinances. You can not buy birth control or pornography there. Everything, but the church is closed on Sunday. Pence and his Mom/wife would love it there

      • FireBaron says:

The biggest problem with Florida is you have the far-right White population dominating the North, the far-right Cuban population dominating the South, and the far-right Disney Corporation dominating the middle of the State.

  2. The problem with being openly hostile towards people because of national origin. against people based on race/skin color, and/or because of Religion is that in this day and age, post 20th Century, the ties between nations across the world are inextricably linked. To damage that linkage creates a ripple effect through the “space-time” of humanity, and has serious business/cultural/geopolitical repercussions.
Bannon’s 19th Century mentality, and a yesteryear mentality of Breitbart, the GOP, and other insular minds has no place in today’s world. Hopefully, the damage felt in the Travel Industry will be felt across the board, because thick-headed people such as Donald like the shoot-yourself-in-the-foot methodology to realize what is the correct attitude to have in today’s world.

  3. Perhaps some Constitutional ‘Originalist’ ‘s could find a clause where a President can be impeached for dereliction of misusing his brain, or because of mental illness. No one can safely say that Donald isn’t mentally/emotionally unfit, and therefore poses a daily imminent threat not only to Americans, but to humans across the globe.

With Donald and Putin at the helm, and little Kim with nuclear capability, I doubt if any inter-stellar species would want to take a chance making contact with so many hostile groups/nations on planet Earth, and with so many Americans being viscerally afraid of other humans, or Russia being constantly engaged in cyber-meddling just to affect the stability of other nations, it would be safer to warp to another planetary system.

Earth isn’t ready for any interstellar forms of contact, until its inhabitants learn to be united as one human family.

Now might be a good moment to reconsider some requirements expected to be met by Baha’u’llah regarding fully achieving a level of unity humankind is potentially capable of, at last, achieving—a unity which unites the entire planet in a manner in which all humanity matures to the point of seeing every being as members of the same family.

    As outlined in various places in the Baha’i Writings, we see the theme that stability and world peace can only be had as a result of establishing unity(NOT UNIFORMITY); but for unity to be achieved, Justice was highlighted as a necessary precursor for Unity; but for there to be Justice, there must be “Equality”(NOT SAMENESS) of opportunity to take advantage of resources w/o regards to tribe/ethnicity/race/gender/religion;
but in order to achieve the recognition of the necessity for “Equality”, there must be “Maturity”.

At present, the basic starting block, “MATURITY”, is sadly lacking among so many Americans—most Trump supporters, Bannon, the KKK, Trump, Putin, Little “Kim”, and many in the GOP, are graphic examples of the enormous lack of maturity, which in turn imposes a major drag on human progress and achieving world-wide unity. Such a “Unity”, is the highest plateau of humanity’s evolution on Earth, remaining for us to ascend to.

“The earth is but one country, and humankind its citizens”—Baha’u’llah

Aaron, the Electoral College was supposed to protect us from having a mentally defective individual become President. I guess these current mooks do not understand the importance of their jobs and just roll over and play the party line.

      • It really deserves our utmost attention to review carefully the Constitution insofar as fitness for Office is concerned. Now isn’t the time to find out which jersey we wish to wear—“Republican”, “Democrat”, or what not.

What bothers me is this nuclear proliferation and limited use banter. They spoke of this years ago and came to the conclusion it was lunacy. It would take an imbecilic ignoramus and his followers of trigger happy people to do what every sane person has done, tried to avert such a scenario and since when was it wrong to want to speak of nuclear nonproliferation?

  4. Dominick Vila says:

The dramatic decline in tourism is not limited to wealthy people from Muslim countries. Foreigners are dismayed and scared by the rhetoric they hear from Trump, his administration, and from a relatively small but vociferous segment of our population. I think it is also important to note that in addition to tourism, the messages of hate and violence, are also affecting the number of foreign students willing to enroll in American universities, including many from very wealthy Muslim countries. Trump’s rhetoric, and the extensive coverage it elicits in the foreign media, have convinced millions of foreigners that there are much more enjoyable and stable countries to visit, study, or do business with than the USA. The sad part is that it may be a very long time before we can overcome the damage he has done to our image and reputation.

    • mike says:

      Just more Trump Derangement Syndrome.
Supposedly less travel is all about Trump and not about the strength of the dollar or the exaggeration of Trump’s agenda. Trump’s ban was temporary for 6 countries in deep conflict but the dishonest left and media claims were false or misleading and filled with hysteria.
Long run travel will be back to normal by years end and again the Trump Induced Anxiety Disorder will be much like all the BS attempted by left to delegitimize Trump.
Only a silly person would say th U.S. was unstable or less enjoyable. If you are here to visit no problem but if one has other intention then they should be concerned about coming.
BTW, Brands USA, whose mission to increase international visition, are not seeing the loss of travel. How was international travel last year at same? Spring 2016 thru August 2016 was down because of strength of dollar and sluggish economies elsewhere. Last year was the first time since 2009 during this same period there was a drop(4%). AP 3-30-17
Data actually reports 2017 airline books show continued growth.
Are there concerns from travelers? Yes! Is the article just more hysteria from the Trump haters? Yes!
Bottom line! Last year travel was down for same period. Trump was not the problem then and he is not the problem now.

Am so glad the Republic of Russia Veterans’ Pension Fund is paying you, Mike.
        Trump stiffs everybody.
P.S. Is Mike short for Mikhail?

      • Dominick Vila says:

You are correct in saying that the decline in tourism was evident last year. Trump’s incendiary rhetoric, his anti-Muslim, anti-Mexican, anti-trade, and hateful rhetoric, coupled with the evidence of tens of thousands of Americans cheering him on, scared foreign tourists, students, and businessmen last year, this year, and very likely for years to come. He managed to project an image of America that a lot of people worldwide were unaware of. The most disturbing part of his rise to power, as counter productive as his policies are, is the fact that our credibility as a nation of freedom, democracy, and high moral values has been shattered forever.

        • mike says:

          How funny!
The world knew Hillary was a shoo-in for president and yet in your mind the cause of the decline last spring and summer was all the fault of Trump. How asinine! You can’t even admit the world was in total shock of his victory. BTW, so was I. Of course the decline had nothing to do with the strength of the dollar or slow economies elsewhere. Oh no, it was because Trump the candidate who was far behind in the polls.

“credibility as a nation of freedom, democracy, and high moral values has been shattered forever.” Just the opposite is already happening. Your comment is so over the top and a stupid. I think you get the cigar for most outrageous statement of the year.
          You really do have TDS.

          • Dominick Vila says:

When did I say that the world, and especially most Americans, were not shocked by Hillary’s defeat When did I say that her campaign did not contribute to her defeat? Another factor was that she was unable to convince working class Americans that her economic and job creation plan would solve many of the problems we have.
Having said that, I also believe that the main reason for her defeat was a highly effective demonization campaign, Comey’s intervention, the influence and effectiveness of big money and gerrymandering, and Russian involvement, especially their well timed release of compromising correspondence. As for your comment regarding our loss of credibility in the world, that is a fact. Move away from FOX, Breitbart, and the Russian propaganda machine, and what you will find is perplexion, bewilderment, and fear whenever you talk to educated foreigners, especially in Europe.

          • mike says:

What the hell is wrong with you.
When did I even mention Clinton’s campaign or lack of?
Back on all the excuses for her loss. Just remember if she hadn’t had a private servers and then lied about her emails Comey would be nowhere to be found. She was a terribly flawed person and candidate. Her trustworthiness was in the tank.
“Gerrymandering” Really? When did a Presidential or Senate race have anything to do with “Gerrymandering”? Again, another of your dumba$$ statements.
“influence and effectiveness if Big Money help cause her defeat.” Really? Lets put this in perspective. Hillary/super-Pac’s raised over a 1.2 billion and Trump/super-PAC’s raised less than 700 million. Only in your eyes did Big Money cause her defeat. The smartest women in the world didn’t surround herself with people to effectively spend the monies available. Really?

Educated foreigners how funny. I can give “educated foreigners” that are relieved that they have someone that at least tells them where this country stands with the rest of the world. Something they didn’t have with Obama. His wobble with Syria, ISIS allowed to get as strong as they became. The massive Syrian refugees are all on Obama. Talk about a lack of credibility. The world was put at a greater risk.
Russian involvement had little to do with her loss. What emails were hacked just pointed out what a two-faced lying bi**h of person she was and helped reinforced their opinion of her.
The autopsy of her campaign exposed she was a lousy candidate that no amount of money could save.

          • “mike” with a small “m”—the only thing funny is you complaining because you have nothing useful to add to any conversation. For a child-like person such as yourself, reason and maturity are beyond your reach. Maybe this is how you will end your life on this planet—a foolish, vain, and woefully deficient, depraved being, just like Donald John Trump.

          • PrecipitousDrop says:

            Doesn’t wash, Mikhail.
You heard the term, “Obama Derangement Syndrome”, liked it, and decided to adopt it to describe opposition to the current occupant.
            But it doesn’t work.
Obama Derangement Syndrome was coined to describe instances of Republican opposition to their own bills if and when Obama also expressed support of them.
Trump hasn’t shepherded anything through the legislature. (The effort to repeal ACA was pulled before there were any votes.) Democrats have, in fact, offered to work with his administration — instead of swearing zero cooperation, as the GOP had done with Obama.

          • mike says:

Oh but the Trump Derangement Syndrome fits the left so well. Dom claims “the dramatic decline” in tourist is Trumps fault yet it happened last year for the first time since 2009 during same time. The Henny Penny left is having another meltdown.
The left says Russia and Trump colluded but there is no proof.
You and your ilk think everything that happens is the fault of Trump.
Republicans will come together and ACA will be repealed and replaced. It is a process and is only in its early stages and those who are opposed at one point will be allies at the next. What is so funny the left passed a bill that they never saw or read which turned into a failed law. Obamacare is failing rapidly as with fewer carriers and higher premiums.
What we know is trump is in his 72nd day as president with another 1388 days. So continue your whinnying and crying knowing you can’t do a darn thing. SCOTUS will have a new conservative judge, the Trump agenda will grow, the Obama failed agenda will continue to be dismantled and all you can complain. Elections have consequences.

          • PrecipitousDrop says:

Please cite one example of Democrats in the House or Senate scuttling their own legislation because George W. Bush supported it. I’ll save you some time. That degree of partisan opposition never occurred in any congress of the United States before Obama’s presidency.
The severe downturn in air travel in 2009 was a reflection of the global economic recession. http://www.iracst.org/ijcbm/papers/vol3no22014/7vol3no2.pdf
The world’s economy is in far better shape today. Travel to the US is down, not travel to European, South and Central American, Canadian, Mexican, Australian, and Asian destinations. Fares are relatively unchanged. Number of air carriers are unchanged. International travelers are aware of the fiasco of Trump’s first executive order banning Muslim travel and his draconian crackdown on resident immigrants. They have made other plans.
The ACA was issued with over 47 Republican amendments. It was openly available to both parties before it went to the floor.
If there was no collusion between Russia and Team Trump, why hasn’t Trump supported his own Justice Department’s investigation?
Why has Trump never once said, “Let’s get to the bottom of this” and cleared the cloud once and for all so that all future elections can be protected from outside interference?
Elections do have consequences. Trump’s election requires us to exert damage control.

          • mike says:

As I said before there is a process to repeal and replace and at this point they are working to find common ground, especially on lowering premiums. All for the good of the American people who have seen their premiums increase as high as 110% this year.
Keep the being uninformed on the bill. Few people, including Senators and staff had little time to read the whole 2,700 pages, much less note the possible weakness, flaws, ambiguities which later became so blatant. When Kennedy died and replaced by Brown the democrats lost their filibuster-proof majority and could not pass a revised bill. They sent it to the House and the House voted on the identical bill to the Senate by procedural maneuvering. Congress passed a bill no one fully read. Even Senator Max Baucus, one of the architects of the bill, “acknowledged not reading the bill, but opined that it would have been a “waste of time” to do so, saying only the experts could understand it.”
You keep ignoring the strength of the dollar as one of the major reasons travel was down early last year and at this time. Also, the fact other economies are/were still struggling. You ignore the left leaning media constant negative press since Trumps victory and over exaggeration of the issues which gives a false picture. AP and Brand USA is saying just the opposite with data showing you to be misinformed. Just more of your TDS. It is pure bull sh*t it is all Trumps fault. I bet by the end of the year all will be well with tourism in the U.S.

          • PrecipitousDrop says:

Please cite your figures for international passenger flights to the US last year. All of the preliminary results I’ve found for 2016 indicate this travel was up, by about 6.9%, from 2015. (Careful. Do not include US domestic air miles.)
Your prior post(s) referred to the 2009 travel year. Do you now assert that 2009 AND 2016 experienced downturns in flights to the US?

          • mike says:

What the hell is wrong with you? Until spring 2016 there hadn’t been a downturn in tourism going back as far as spring 2009 Yes, even Dom admitted I was correct that there was decline in spring 2016. Go read his reply to me.

            How do you figure?

          • mike says:

Can you not read. It said “a factor” nothing more. Not Trump! The data was from November thru December. Big effin deal. The article by NM tried to blame the decline on trump ignoring last years data. You continue to ignore the strength of the dollar as a factor or those countries that are still in recovery.
Trump is not the problem. What is the problem is a left wing media bias and the left trying to do what they can to delegitimize Trump.
Politics is a factor nothing more nothing less. Get a life. I’m Headed back yard work.

          • PrecipitousDrop says:

Of course Trump’s nationalist bigotry is a “factor”. So are weather, currency fluctuations, even earthquake activity. The travel industry modifies its reports and forecasts to account for these recurring factors. That’s why the severe downturn after the “factor” of Trump’s election is so remarkable in its effect.

          • mike says:

I just walked in from working in rose garden and find another of your post. Finally you’ve got it! Trump is not the main factor as the article tried to make. Travel was down last year and had nothing to do with trump
At least you finally got it right.
“Severe turndown” how untrue and typical of nut cakes on the left looking for anything to try and hurt Trump. This is much like Russian collusion, all smoke no fire.

          • dpaano says:

We should all agree that “Mike” needs a serious education because he’s apparently only reading the same BS that 45 reads….you know, the “false news” outlets like FAUX News and Breitbart!

          • dpaano says:

According to the Sunday edition of the L.A. Times, travel to the United States from various countries is now down considerably and is seriously hurting our tourist economy. The main reason is the problems getting into and out of the country and the TSA’s zealousness, especially for people coming here to visit. Not too many people want to be full-body searched upon landing just because they look Asian or Middle Eastern…..and even European!! I certainly don’t blame them…..and I have friends who have curtailed their travel outside of the U.S. mainly because of the same problems. People are now afraid to travel via air even if they are American citizens!

          • dpaano says:

Agreed…..the original ACA was a Republican program. It started with two Republicans and two Democrats working on it; then it went to various committees at various times and changes were made along the line. It finally, after MANY, MANY months (and much more than 17 days) went through the Congress and was approved. I’m amazed that people STILL believe the BS that this was passed without anyone reading it. Nancy Pelosi did say that she hadn’t read it, but I doubt if many read the FINAL bill since they had read it over and over again when it was in committee and were all aware of the changes that had been made in each of those committee meetings.
As for 45 and his reluctance to do anything about the Russian hacking, etc., he’s afraid that people are going to realize that he and his cronies had various communications with the Russians prior to and after the election! 45 is an extremely paranoid individual, and he doesn’t want to lose his cushy position if it’s found out that he invited the Russians in to “help” him win. It would be a MAJOR blow to his election and his party!

          • PrecipitousDrop says:

When Team Trump is proven to have colluded with Russia to alter the 2016 Presidential election, one charge will undoubtedly be treason.
Pay attention to Trump’s GOP enablers today — Nunes, Ryan, Paul, etc. — we cannot allow any of them to walk away unscathed.

My friends in Canada are more than happy to build the Northern Wall, but they want Trump to pay for it first!

    • dpaano says:

I love it….I think Trudeau ought to let 45 know about this and insist that he pay for it!!

    • InformedVoter says:

Poor eddie! When all those mediocre actors threatened to move to Canada when President Trump found out that Canada has stricter immigration laws than President Trump is proposing. It was hilarious to see that most of them were denied permanent entry. Didn’t read about that in the FAKE MSM did you? Thought not! Thank goodness for overseas news sources.

  7. Wolfesgang says:

One indication that Trump will get the occasional perceptive glimpse from some of his service providers was a pretty bizarre move of his a few days ago: he actually phoned Chancellor Angela Merkel to congratulate her, but on what? A member of Merkel’s Christian Democrats, the premier of one of the smallest German states (the Saarland, with just 800,000 people eligible to vote), had emerged victorious from state elections there, and was rightly celebrated by her followers. But except for the odd Berlin-based sycophant, no one would have congratulated Merkel on this even in Germany, let alone Europe. So someone must have told Trump: be more polite, considerate, and obliging to all those foreigners – you never know what it might be good for!

  8. Joan says:

Trump voters wanted America to be ran like a business. They then choose a man for the post with five business bankruptcies, on Casinos no less. A man with an apparently never ending stream of business failures: Trump Steaks, Trump Vodka, Trump Airlines, a football league, Trump University.
It was an entirely foreseeable consequence of his rethoric, his Muslim Ban, his border wall that our desirability as a destination would suffer. Just as it is an entirely foreseeable consequence of the internet privacy rules they did away with yesterday, that many, many of us will suffer from identity theft.

    • What’s more despicable, and a sign of what low a level of morality his supporters have sunk to, is that they’re OK with his lewd behavior, approve of his verbal assaults, think nothing of someone being a pathological liar, and haven’t a care with a man consumed with a love of himself.in the country.

Clearly, on many levels and all around us, we see a total disconnect on their part and Trump’s from the Spirit and the Teachings of Jesus. The only thing deserving Trump supporters’ attention is to assert American Primacy(whatever that means), have some jobs that contribute to killing themselves and the environment, even if it means a bleak and desolate landscape for their offspring.

    • dpaano says:

      And now you know why I stay away from social media as much as possible.;

      • Joan says:

Even if you stay off of Social Media platforms – if you have a computer, you have a browser history. If it is like mine, it is filled with recipe searches, some shopping, funny pet videos, all uninteresting. It is MY broser history though and I assumed it was private. In harvesting useful, for merchants, information the new rule exempts them from having to be careful with important things like your SSN, medical history information, DL number, Credit Card accounts and numbers. The entirely foreseeable negative consequences appear to be a feature of the bill; which was touted as a consumer privacy measure.

        • dpaano says:

I go into my Internet Options before I log out from work and delete my browser history. I delete as much as I can without upsetting my “cookies.”

    • ivory69690@yahoo.com says:

I believe its 6 bankrupts and a one year filing of $918 million almost a BILLION BUCKS loss some kind of business man a DONNY DUMP CLOWN and use to be his money NOTS IT YOURS AND THE GOVERNMENTS MONEY

  9. Lynda Groom says:

    What a surprise not!

  10. idamag says:

I can’t blame foreign countries. The United States is the most violent country in the world.

    • dpaano says:

It is now…..it didn’t used to be such. We have 45 and his gang of thugs to thank for the way things are going with our country nowadays….and it can only get worse! Who will want to come to deal with our polluted air, our crappy polluted water, oil wells and pipelines across our national parklands, etc.?

      • kep says:

The Emperor did his best to divide this country. Trump has been in office for less than 3 months, and you want to blame our ruined society on him? I thought Bush was the liberal excuse for all the failed policies of the Emperor? You guys need to find a common theme.

  11. dpaano says:

Sure, let’s have more Russians come to visit and keep the rest of the European visitors out! What does that tell you.
If 45 has his way, with all his actions just in the past 3 months, we’re going to have a much higher unemployment rate than EVER! His so-called “cleaning the swamp” by firing several thousands of people in our government offices and departments, the loss of jobs due to the low tourist rates, the loss of jobs in the medical field due to his potential health care plan, etc. would decimate our economy! Plus, his deportation of many of our Latino workers would cause major problems for our farmers and ranchers, as well as other jobs that relate to that same field. Grocery stores will go out of business because of high produce rates and grocery costs…..and I could go on and on! I don’t know what his thinking is, but he is NOT helping this country or anyone FIND jobs….he’s doing more to help them LOSE jobs! As I said before he was elected…..I bet we’ll be in a recession within the first year of his administration! Hang on to your hats!

    • kep says:

Get over it. you lost the election. We now have an actual American in office that will work for Americans and not against them like Emperor Obaama did.

      • ivory69690@yahoo.com says:

spoken like a true DONNY DUMP brain dead follower

        • kep says:

And you speak just like a non American LIBERAL communist.

          • InformedVoter says:

You got that right! ivory6969 is illiterate. He can’t complete sentences and misspells words. I wonder if he’s legal.

        • InformedVoter says:

I see you’re still as illiterate as you ever were. Sort of goes with your lack of facts and knowledge doesn’t it.

          • ivory69690@yahoo.com says:

facts are always checked here. try it some time research it might help you not look as big an ass as you always do . as for im still seeing you’re still totally brain dead as always

          • InformedVoter says:

Sorry ivory, but it’s the FAKE MSM that says 6, but in reality 2 were repeats. And all but one was associated with the gaming business, where bankruptcies are always being filed for.
Also, President Trump was mainly just an investor and not actually running the business that filed.

          • ivory69690@yahoo.com says:

that in itself should say something about his credibility he cant run his own businesses with out failing ok ill give you 4 bankrupts then $ 918 million filed loss in one year has to be good for at least 4 more bankrupts . with that its brain dead clowns like you that believe he can run a country . dosent his running his businesses into the ground even give you the littlest thought of how he can run a country ? ill bet your so brain dead no shock will even give you life again

          • InformedVoter says:

My how silly can you look. In ALL BUT ONE of the businesses, President Trump was ONLY an investor. He was not involved in running any of them. He was just the money provider.
It’s like a Producer for a movie. They provide the funds and get part of the profits. They are generally not involved in the actual production of the movie. So if the movie is horrible, they are not responsible.
I realize that with your limited knowledge of the English language that you have difficulty grasping concepts, but this is pretty basic.
As to running the country, he’s doing just fine. He won’t make the monumental mistake obozo did. Just about everything obozo implemented was with EOs and now President Trump is throwing them in the trash with just a plain EO of his own. obozo will soon be counted among the least effective presidents in history.

          • ivory69690@yahoo.com says:

id say you look silly but you take big giant steps above that right to stupid and brain dead seeing the DONNY DUMP CLOWN SHOW as something good . your loss in the worse place and scary place of all with in your own empty head cant wish that terror on no one but you well deserved

          • InformedVoter says:

Can you hear the sound of laughter? Well it’s the sound coming from your fellow posters laughing at what and how you write. You should probably cease making posts until you finish you English As A Second Language class. They do offer them in sanctuary cities.

          • ivory69690@yahoo.com says:

ok here’s what I got again //Why did trump go bankrupt? Politically 8 times? // then In 1991, 1992, 2004, and again in 2009, Trump branded companies or properties have sought Chapter 11 protection. // but the truth I believe he had to have fooled a stupid person or 2 to let them use their name to file . its the DUMPSTERS WAY . rest assure there is a lot more B/S and dirt in his closet and in his taxes

          • InformedVoter says:

Nope! During the debates, HilLIARy said “4” as her research staff poured through the facts and knew she would get called out if she said “6”. Yet the FAKE MSM keep putting out FAKE news and facts and you low information sheep just keep following them along.

          • ivory69690@yahoo.com says:

brain dead what I just posted are facts nothing added nothing fake copy and pasted and that was with out the POS DUMPSTER and his 918 somewhere around file loses in one year

          • InformedVoter says:

What part about being ONLY an investor don’t you understand? Oh, that’s right, you don’t comprehend the language!

          • ivory69690@yahoo.com says:

that’s it MR DICK HEAD you’re the moron that wins the IDIOT king crown block time for you nit-wit its just as well for you’re brain dead and never had anything intelligent to say anyways . idea for you get a life and do the best thing you could do with it for yourself and end it ! you surely will be better off clown .

          • InformedVoter says:

Too bad for you that an independent evaluation group granted my the moniker “Distinguished Contributor”. You would vomit if you saw their moniker for your broken and terrible use of the English language.
You’re problem (besides having no command of the English language) is that you “can’t handle the truth”.
Why would I fall on my sword? I’m enjoying destroying the low information sheep like you and Aaron Of P. and Eleanor, and Independent1. Each an everyone one of you low information sheep sounds just as poorly informed as the next.
Do I care if you “block” me? Absolutely NOT. Everyone else can see me informed comments and they can also see your idiotic posts. Golly, you sure lost that confrontation.

“I’m going to be a daughter,” she simpered, flashing that bright smile. Last week, the White House announced that she would indeed take a job as “Assistant to the President.” Maybe she should have said, “I’m going to be a liar.” , why not like daddy like daughter . is that the daughter DONNY DUMP talked about wanting to bang ? ,,, As for his sons, Eric and Donald, Jr are supposed to be running their father’s sprawling commercial interests without any ethically compromising presidential input. But last week, Eric Trump disclosed that he would be “reporting” to his dad on the Trump Organization’s business “sometime, all the time!” for bevus and butthead if thy had any brains even something like the rotten daddy’s brains while thy are running the business thy should pull a DONNY DUMP play and do the paper work that throws the DUMPSTERS out of the business all the way . when DONNY DUMP checks on them the new name of it all would be the new clown show in town the BEVUS &BUTTHEAD DUMP Co. no more DONNY . the DUMPSTER would do that to them in a heart beat with out even thinking about it . so bevus & butthead pull a DADDY on the DUMPSTER
