That is a great idea Patricia! Let's just wait for Romney to talk about his policy positions before we earn the right to speak his name. What are his policies again? Small government and freedom? How can we talk about anything besides his ridiculous lifestyle when he himself refuses to talk about policy? The guy has a dancing horse! The repub party always talks about putting on man pants but what I think they were trying to say is they love putting on other men's pants because their candidate has a DANCING HORSE!
You can't see why it is relevant that the man who claims taxes need to be lower on rich people spends more money than most make in a lifetime on A DANCING FUCKING HORSE???...feel like everyone has lost their damn brain! None of these politicians deserve the defense you provide them. The guy bullshits and lies to your face everyday and you are sitting here pleading with people on the internet not to say mean things about his dancing horse, have some respect for yourself Patricia!

Cost varies depending on a variety of factors including the cost of quality board in your location. If you keep your horse barefoot, providing your horse has good feet and depending on how you are riding her, you don’t need shoes. Vet fees for healthy horses usually run about $200.00 per horse depending on whether the horse’s teeth need floating. Training for the horse can be an additional expense or not depending on the rider’s skill and what the horse already knows. Riding instruction is also another expense, but again it is possible to get good instruction without breaking the bank. If you want to show your horse, you will have travel fees and class entrance fees as well as hotel and trailering fees. But there are lots of ways to cut expenses. You can buy tack and clothing, often in excellent condition through consignment sales or just watch for sales. You can take good care of your horse without spending a tone of money. There are many excellent horses with papers available for adoption through rescues across the country. For the average horse owner, the choice to own a horse means that you make a choice to forego some other things.

Dressage is much more than “horse dancing”. It is about learning to move as one with your horse through subtle movements of the weight, posture, leg position. Contrary to popular opinion, most horse owners are not the very wealth. Most horse owners earn between $80,000 and $150,000 a year. Another surprise is that the biggest group of consumers for horses are women in their 50’s whose children have left home. Being with horses whether you are riding them or watching them lifts the spirits. Horses are healers. Witness the work being done with veterans suffering from PTSD, children in high risk situations, autistic children, and many other situations. Horses are extremely sensitive and intuitive, and for people who may have physical limitations they offer a sense of freedom, adventure, and the opportunity to push your limits.

You guys are really hurting for things to write about. Anything to say for your favorite democrat s authorizing the half billion EPA "taxpayer donation" to the Fisk Auto fiasco. At least the Romney"s spend their own money.

One may not "have" to be a millionaire to enjoy horses and horse sports but the fact is, the Romney's ARE multi-millionaires trying to assume the persona of "just folks". There are many good Republicans in this country. How did the Grand Old Party end up with these shallow twits as their primary representatives?
