Falling In Love With Fall
Fall will soon be upon us, and with that comes a lot of travel options that mesh perfectly with the cooler weather, falling leaves, and crisp clean colors. Travel & Leisure has a roundup of America’s Best Cities for Fall Travel that includes both obvious and less obvious choices.
While summer in the southern part of the country may be too hot and humid for some, the fall provides the perfect time of year to go exploring in places like Savannah, Charleston, New Orleans, Nashville, and Washington, DC.
San Diego, with its perfect year ‘round weather, and New York City with its 24/7 roster of things to do, make the list of course, while Boston and Providence seem tailor-made for fall as their foliage always demonstrates. Austin. San Antonio, Santa Fe, San Francisco, Denver, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Salt Lake City, Portland, ME, and Honolulu flesh out the list quite nicely.
