So if we eliminate FEMA because it’s somehow “immoral” to help people whose lives are destroyed by forces beyond their control, then how do we deal with disasters? Let people sink or swim? I second that! It is also time that the average American be enlightened about the tax code and how it relates to small business. For Example: If a small business operator starts out with one “hot dog” stand, he can operate for a while under “individual” income tax rates either as a sole proprietor, or using a “pass through” tax entity, such as an LLC. His modest income at this point can only be taxed so much. Once this small business operator’s business has grown, however, to the point where he has corporate level income… he should “incorporate” and run his “small business” as a “C-Corporation” so as to shelter himself from paying the individual tax rate on corporate level earnings. He can pay himself an adequate salary at this point, and he can take advantage of 1,001 “expense deductions” including “healthcare,” that are deductible from corporate earnings… leaving more of his “paycheck” for his pocket. I never hear anyone explain this. Instead they allow the fiction of “taxing small businesses” to perpetuate, leaving a false impression about the effects of reverting back to Clinton-era tax rates. When the small business owner complains that his taxes will increase… simply tell him… “No they wont! Not if you operate as a C-Corporation!” Of course the small business owner will have to educate himself about the corporation, as he should.

There it is! Out in the open. Mitt Romney is exposed for what he really is… a political light-weight who would never have gained political office but for his money. We could just as easily have had Pablo Escobar run for office. He probably made a lot more money than Mitt Romney, while being equally unfit. The republicans have become irrelevant. Governors Christie and Cuomo and Mayor Bloomberg, are thanking God that they don’t have to deal with an arrogant fool like Mitt Romney and his Second-Banana, Paul Ryan. There is no way in hell that the “Private Sector” is going to deal with a catastrophe the size of Hurricane Sandy. If you think otherwise, go to Citi-Group or one of the other large banks and tell them you need a loan to repair the damage. See what they tell you. The insurance companies are already trying to dodge liability. They couldn’t even deal with their own balance sheets, which is what caused the financial melt-down… Remember? It was just 4 years ago that banks were crashing like dominoes. But Romney would have us believe he has answers. He takes us for fools! It would be just like him to go to Walmart’s and buy some canned goods and then LIE about how he came into possession of them, to make himself look influential. That is his true character. He doesn’t care about those who were victimized by the storm, whom he probably considers part of the “47%.” Not only is the private sector not prepared to deal with the effects of a 900-mile long super-storm, but the States are also ill-prepared to tackle such a disaster. President Obama is a Good Man. The right man for the times. Unlike former President George W Bush, Obama didn’t stay home and get drunk… He went out and did His JOB!!! Meanwhile Governor Romney was somewhere crafting his next lie. Where are the Tea Party, the ignorant mass of gofers who are so “Anti-Government?” Maybe this will serve as a learning experience for them as they wonder what they will do for a house now that the water has washed theirs away. Maybe Mitt Romney and Bain Capital will bail them out???

Obama Leads In Ohio, Narrowly Ahead In Florida, Poll Says
President Barack Obama leads Mitt Romney by six percentage points in Ohio, and edges the Republican by two points in Florida, according to an NBC/WSJ/Marist poll released Friday night.

This brings his Electoral College total now up to 281 from 277….Florida will give him another 29 votes.

President Obama is going to be re-elected.

It is simple mathematics.

And the American people have rejected this:
Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels (like Foxnews, Limbaugh, beck and Rove believe) said it best:

Senate Minority leader Mitch said it week after election—he did. killed more bills than any party in history. American Jobs Program would have put millions to work and saved jobs of teachers police etc.
Minimum wage increase buried.

O is least spending in history. 8.3% increase to Reagan 80% and Bush 90%

Of course, Tea potties can boast they did it by killling spending bills.
