You must bee a flag waving member of the Repugnican Party. Fortunately the voters chose not to let the Repugnican with their hired guns the Koch brothers buy the Presidency. Your candidate for the office of President is only running for the 1% not those in the Middle Class. He could care less for those below his status which actually covers 99% of the citizens of this country. As for the vice presidential candidate he has no idea as he is also part of the 1%. He and his running mate will sell the rest of us down the river as they want to privatise mediccare and then I have no doubt they will try to privatize Social Security. They will attempt to let Wall street Bankers and other Investors get their hands on the trust fund for investment purposes. We all watched what these thieves did during the crash of the housing markets as well as the banks just prior to election of 2008.

It's not union bashing, it's fact. Why don't car companies except when forced through prior union contracts expand in union states? Why are the all the new car manufacturing plants built in non union southern states? Obama's auto bailout didn't even restructure GM to be competitive. For the most part it transferred ownership from bondholders to union members. The average labor cost for the restructured GM is still $56 an hour. Ridiculously higher than any competitor. GM will be going through another bankruptcy or I guess potential bailout in the next couple of years. So I guess your premise is that GM will need to be bailed out repeatedly because the possibility of losing any union jobs is anathema.

The federal government could have provided bridge loans without doing a union giveaway and destroying normal restructuring practices.

I certainly didn't bring up Bain capital. I don't watch cable news as it has no value. I read both right wing and left wing news sites as I am not aware of any meaningful in depth moderate news sources other than possibly CNN which is somewhat moderately left of center. Unions are a Democratic party constituency. If you deny that, you are obviously wrapping yourself in your biased liberal shawl for all to see. 92+% of all union donations to political causes in the 2008 and 2010 election went to Democrats.

Tell me who was going to fund a restructured bankruptcy? Bain Capital wouldn't fund it, for crying out loud. I'm not parroting MSNBC - try The Economist!

Turn off the right wing nonsense. Your union bashing and 'Democratic Constituencies" is indicative of your parroting Fox and the like. At least you managed Democrstic vs. Democrat. Bravo for that.

So you avoid actually answering his question and fall back on your canard of imagination. But way to parrot the MSNBC talking points. GM and all the downstream manufacturers would still exist if GM and Chrysler had accepted proper bankruptcy restructuring. The unions wouldn't have been given the company that they caused to be buried in unsustainable debt and labor costs and bondholders would have been more fairly taken care of. Only a fool would invest in GM or Chrysler through bonds now as the Federal government has made it perfectly clear that they can rewrite the rules in ways that favor Democratic constituencies anytime they damn well like, contracts and legalities be damned. That being said I wouldn't agree with the fascist label even if only looking at it as economic fascism. Economic fascism would be a state controlled and regulated mixed economy. What has happened under Obama and Bush 42 and preceding Presidencies is more Crony Capitalism. The government only partially controlled the car companies and that only in selecting leadership and top executive salaries. Furthermore it has been looking to sell shares taken as collateral for the taxpayer money. Not exactly fascist there.

Mitt is trying to keep things calm because he knows that American people are literate and politically conscious and will not be carried away by the speech of Obama, unlike the Iranian rabble who will be stirred by a speech. This was abundantly proved after the second debate. Although liberal media claimed that Obama won the debate in Denver, from the very next day onwards Romney began to lead in most of the states. That will be the fate of third debate also. American people choose a president not by assessing his performance in the debate, but his performance as president. What has Obama done to get reelected? Deep recession, massive unemployment and in foreign policy OBama's impotence was exposed in the murder of ambassador, bloodbath in Syria, dominance of Putin and defiance of Ahmedijanad in sending Iranian troops into Syria and making a nuke. So Obama is a failure on every front and the debate, like the previous debate, will not alter the current leading of Romney.
