WATCH LIVE: Texas Lawmaker Wendy Davis Filibusters Restrictive Abortion Bill

Since 11:18 AM CDT, Sen. Wendy Davis (D-Fort Worth) has been filibustering against a bill passed over the weekend by Republicans in the state House that would effectively close all abortion clinics in the state. Lewis has been reading letters from women all over Texas. “I want my voice to count,” one letter from “Martha” read.

Governor Rick Perry and Texas Republicans have been waging a war on Planned Parenthood that has cost the state hundreds of millions of dollars.
