Endorse This: Obama Salutes The ‘Badass’ Women’s Soccer Team

At the White House today, President Obama paid tribute to the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team, for their triumph at this year’s Women’s World Cup, and for presenting a positive example to young girls — and to all Americans.

“This team taught all America’s children that ‘playing like a girl’ means you’re a badass,” Obama declared.

“Perhaps I shouldn’t have used that phrase,” he added. “Playing like a girl means being the best.”

No, please, Mr. President — you had it just right the first time.
