Obama Delivers Statement On Charleston Church Shooting

President Obama addressed the nation regarding the apparently racially motivated mass shooting that took place Wednesday night at a historic African-American church in Charleston, South Carolina, where nine churchgoers were killed.

WLTX is reporting the suspect, Dylann Storm Roof, has been arrested in Shelby, North Carolina.
