    Have a nice day!

“In general, the art of government consists of taking as much money as possible from one party of the citizens to give to the other.” — Voltaire (1764)

    • Robert P. Robertson

Stop yer wisin’ off, Bozo the Honey boo-boo! Yer nuffin’ but a ol’ sheet haid theymogog! Y’ol’ thang! Hahahahahahahahaha! Mud divin’, alligator wrestlin’ hillbilly! Swamp thang! Bozo, you got some stamps? Not stayumps! I said stamps. Hahahahahahahaha!

  • Allan Richardson

If only they WERE too stupid to know the difference between rice and ricin!

By the way, Voltaire’s comment quoted by OMG was dated 1764, when France was a MONARCHY under Louis XVI, and it taxed the POOR to give more to the RICH (in fact, the usual CAUSE of wealth was birth to a noble family and the subsequent power to COLLECT taxes from the poor). We know how that turned out. In any representative government, the IDEAL purpose is to do those things that cannot be done by individuals, and this requires money. We still tax the poor and middle class more than the rich, because so many of the rich find loopholes to pay nothing, and even get REBATES of taxes they DIDN’T pay!

Excellent. Hopefully it makes some people think.

    • Robert P. Robertson

Bozo the Clown doesn’t realize Voltaire is talking about the rich taking from the poor. I heard that when they chew Redman and swallow the tobacco spit, it makes them drunk. They drive crazy and wise off.

  • Robert P. Robertson
