  4. 501c3’s are more stringent under non-emempt rules than its companion 501c4’s. 501c4’s are where the Kochs and the Roves claim tax emempt status from a government they hate to advocate for Republicunt/neo-Confederate Tea Bag groups through these big money Super PACs. That is why they were being heavily scrutinized because the IRS became aware that these groups were white supremacist organization with big money pushing an anarchist agenda against the government, in other words, a bunch of treasonous home grown domestic terrorists hell bent on destroying the government to suit their hatred and vile, cotton mouth white supremacy. What this so-called scandal will do is close that loophole in the IRS’s 501 rules so that the Roves, Kochs, and none of the rest of these anti-American groups to claim tax-exemption to peddle their despicabe and cowardly hate.

Now, Now, don’t forget “Organizing for Action, or the unions.

You can’t hide the fact the IRS went after Tea Party, groups that criticized the govt., groups that wanted to teach the Constitution, groups questioning spending and debt. Another group challenging obamacare, group questioning the integrity of federal elections. That Washington knew about it since 2011.

Nor can you hide the fact when confronted why an application was so slow in processing the IRS agent replied; I am doing what Washington wants me to do and what questions to ask-Washington Post, 5/13

You can use all the inflammatory words you want but the bottom line is what the IRS did is unacceptable and terribly wrong. The Inspector Generals Report coming out on Wednesday could be very damaging

      • i just said that they went after neo-Confederate tea Bag groups because they were advocating anti-American, anti-government, anti-Obama hate/fear rhetoric. they were teaching insurgency and hate— white supremacy. So, what’s the point? The neo-Confederates are making a big deal out of this because they feel privileged and entitled under their white supremacy, and is using this as a scandal to smear the Obama/Biden administration. The IRS apologized for singling the neo-Confederate Tea Bags for intense scrutiny, for not going behind the big many backers abusing 501c4’s. But the big money backers—Rove, the Kochs, ALEC— are the neo-Confederate Tea Bags. They are the archetects of the neo-Confederate Tea Bag Movement. So, I personally don’t see the need for the IRS to apologize to them for it because the IRS was doing what it should do to ensure the exemption was not being abused. Everyone was using the social welfare exemption, but for the neo-confederate tea Bags, their agenda was neither social or of anyone’s welfare but their own. Everyone else were operating within the rules, but the Rove/Koch?ALEC machine brought it to an all time high! When the Inspector General Report comes out, you will be surprised at his findings. My suggestion to the IRS: CLOSE THE SOCIAL WELFARE TAX LOOP HOLE OF THE 501c4!!!!

You need to go back to the comic books!!!

As to the conservative groups they have apologized to. It started in 2010 when asking for “inappropriate criteria” after a formal “be on the look out” list was distributed.

IRS Official Joseph Grant acknowledge that the manner in which cases were screened was “inappropriate”‘ and delays and requests for information were “overbroad”. Leadership in Washington in 2011 were aware of the actions.

This is Tyranny, period. You might not care but many do on both sides.

As to your asinine comment about “neo-Confederates”, which we are not, being anti-American. Bull S- – T. We disagree with how Obama is running the country, his policies and his lack of leadership. His credibility is diminished a little more each day. He lied about obamacare-pays for itself, lower premiums, keep your doctor, he lied about sequester, he lied about Benghazi, about the stimulus and unemplyment going under 7%, he lied about no middle class tax hikes, etc..

He loves to blame everyone but himself.

He has a three major problems and will be very busy throwing people under the bus.

It will be fun watching the DRIP, DRIP, DRIP OF THESE INVESTIGATIONS.

Mike… Retard Robbie has his head so far up Obozo’s ass that he’s thinking that his sheet smells like roses. That moron would vote for and defend Obozo even if they had him caught on tape performing lewd acts with a minor. In a year and a half of posting on this site and making that assertion, I’ve only had 1 leftist freak actually say he’d draw the line at child molestation. The rest remain silent, which means that I am correct about them.

            Keep fighting the good fight.

            Have a great day!

“I have made it clear that the United States government had
nothing to do with this video,” – Barack Hussein Obozo lying to the world in his speech to UN General Assembly following the Benghazi attack

          • You ought to crawl back into the rotten vagina of Ayn Rand you little pussy. Your mother is waiting for you in her bedroom so you can finish eating her ass out. I see you’re swinging on president Obama’s nuts now, huh, you cowardly little cannibal.

          • You never answered my question. Who is the government?

          • mike says:

As I have told you 3 times before go ask your leader his words not mine. I don’t play those little girly games. How about you getting that wonderful Merriam-Webster out, dust it off, and learn a new word.

I have replied to your crass “cow.Pus” remark several times but each time when submitted it would not post, this morning went I went to try again I found your post had been deleted. I am glad you realized how classless it was.

It has really bothered me that I upset you sooo much that you used those crass words. NOT!!! LOL

lawrance O Donnell had a great show on that very thought .originally the regulation said the organization should be EXCLUSIVELY for general wealfare but in 1959 they added a criteria saying the organization should be PRIMARILY for General Welafre .

  5. The KKK’s rhetoric seems sedate next to some Tea-party diatribes of using ‘2nd Amendment’ actions to ‘Take back our Gub’mint’ and ‘next time these guns will be loaded’! When a group starts promoting themselves as possibly using violent means to achieve their goals, they should have been watched, much easier to keep tabs on a whole nest of crazy than keeping tabs on single individuals with anger issues.

  6. they say they would educate people on the Constitution and their rights, but these clowns twist the Constitution so badly, its hardly recognizable when it leaves their mouths. then, they violate the human rights of anyone who disagrees or questions them. I don’t get it. Dealing with these Republicunt/neo-Confederate tea bags is like trying to nail Jello to a wall, man!
