Yes, you’re completely right. Only the people of the left use the f bomb (insert obvious sarcasm note). Not all millionaires are out of touch, but all the out of touch people associated with Romney/Ryan, including those two themselves, just happen to be millionaires. There’s no shame in the truth.

Because, “he-who-shall-not-be-named” has already reserved 2 terms under his belt by telling his constituents (and other dummies) that for HIS program to get us back on track would take eight to ten years (you know, the same way tricky Dickie jiggled the Vietnam war to keep him in office).. so, with Obama only getting four more years before everyone can actually accuse him of being the worst president ever if he fails, I’m betting he will show this retard up by turning things around toot sweet.. So you don’t have any insurances that he would be any better than the pubs made him in the last four years, give him four more and if he still fails you’ll not have to worry about him like, forever? Other wise it’ll take eight more years to eventually discover an idiot had sold our nation right out from under us and THAT’S what a capitalist b’ness shark does, not run a country..

Just curious. Do you believe a president has the power to do all the things you claim Obama said he would do? Did you not notice there is a political party that makes every effort to block anything Obama’s party tries to do? Repubs agreed with each other while President Obama was being sworn in that they would block any and every effort made by him and the Democrats to help the country.

Were you asleep when republicans blocked the ending of subsidies for big oil?

Were you asleep when Dodd – Frank passed?

Were you asleep when repubs blocked every clean energy bill brought up?

Were you asleep when the Consumer Protection Bureau was created?

Were you asleep when student loans were taken away from banks and interest rates dropped to 3%?

Were you asleep when repubs blocked additional help for mortgage holders?

Were you asleep when repubs blocked the American Jobs Bill? The bill to assist the 9-11 responders? A jobs bill for vets?

How can we get anything done about global warming when one party refuses to admit it is a problem?

While the Affordable care act isn’t the best we could hope for, it is many orders of magnitude better than what repubs have to offer. Especially when they offer nothing. The ACA is also a starting point and can be expanded if there is enough support for that.

Of course, I have to ask, were you asleep when repubs in every state blocked the moving of prisoners from Gitmo to any Fed Prison so Gitmo could be closed?

I am not satisfied with the fact torture is still happening. I thought the President should have ended the Afghan war on day one. I wanted single payer.

I also support womens rights, civil rights, Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid. The repubs want to do away with all these and the minimum wage and child labor laws. Repubs also want to eliminate the EPA, the Energy Dept, and the Education Dept.

I have lots of criticisms for Obama. Voting for the repubs will not do anything to change what I criticize. The GOP will make things much worse. We all need to put the President’s feet to the fire. Replacing him with a repub will not help anything. We all need to put politicians feet to the fire over the deficit. Getting people back to work is the first step. Ending the shipping of jobs to China needs to be a priority. I have lots of complaints. Electing repubs will not address any of them.

Failure to vote because of apathy is the same as voting for a repub. Does anyone know, other than eliminating the social safety net and giving more tax cuts to the rich, what the repubs will do to address any of the issues you mentioned? Do you?
