Crying Neo-Nazi Chris Cantwell Lands Himself Behind Bars

White supremacist Chris Cantwell’s violent racism has finally landed him behind bars.

Cantwell’s bigotry and toxic masculinity were featured prominently in a Vice documentary about the neo-Nazis in Charlottesville.

Last week, a video went viral showing Cantwell in tears over discovering there was a warrant out for his arrest. He probably didn’t like being banned for life from OKCupid either.

Turns out, things were even worse than they seemed. There were actually four warrants related to Cantwell’s alleged “illegal use of gases, and injury by caustic agent or explosive.”

Cantwell finally turned himself in to the Lynchburg Police in Virginia. He’s now being held at Blue Ridge Regional Jail.

"Russian propaganda has made its way into the United States, unfortunately, and it's infected a good chunk of my party's base." That acknowledgement from Texas Rep. Michael McCaul, Republican chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, was echoed a few days later by Ohio Rep. Michael Turner, the chairman of the Intelligence Committee. "To the extent that this propaganda takes hold, it makes it more difficult for us to really see this as an authoritarian versus democracy battle."
