Six Tea Party Freshmen Behaving Badly

Representative Kevin Yoder (R-KS) apologized today for skinny dipping at the holy site of the Sea of Galilee during a Congressional trip to Israel last August. Yoder, a Tea Party freshman, was one of about 20 visitors who joined the late night swim. According to Politico, however, Yoder was the only one who jumped in without any clothing.

“A year ago, my wife, Brooke, and I joined colleagues for dinner at the Sea of Galilee in Israel. After dinner I followed some Members of Congress in a spontaneous and very brief dive into the sea and regrettably I jumped into the water without a swimsuit,” Yoder said in a statement to Politico. “It is my greatest honor to represent the people of Kansas in Congress and [for] any embarrassment I have caused for my colleagues and constituents, I apologize.”

Yoder is hardly the only Tea Party freshman to get into trouble in his first term, however. Here are five more cases of Tea Partiers behaving badly:

    Skinny dipping is the tip of the iceberg compared to what Paul Ryan, Todd Akin, Allen West and other Tea Party enthusiasts have done and said on the issue of women rights. The worst part of this issue is not what naenderthals like Akin believe and say, but the fact that he is leading in the polls in Missouri. His popularity is a testament to the influence of twisted religious beliefs in our thought process and our ability to reach logical conclusions.

    Is anyone surprised? It appears that these phoney representives of “the people” are following their uncompromising version of “family values”. But it is their “family” that is in question. It seems their “family” is the circle of financial and power hungry, greedy buddies, no one else. The above examples, restricting access to vote by poor and disadvantaged, inserting phoney canidates in elections and the list goes on and on Imagine what would would be disclosed if these “above the law” misfits did not regulate and police themselves. ( ever hear of one being force out office and loosing their pention and other overwhelming benifits?). Never! Never. remember the saying “birds of a feather stick toether”. Need more proof? USA is boomed with this kind of “leaders?”. See what thye do now, wait and see if they get in office and take the Senate. Oh imagine them with a President, House and Senate ruled by these “family values”.

    We do not want these people representing us. They are the dark side of life. These are the very people the world rallied against. Their outrageous lack of place in the community of mankind. They gave America a bad face. Greed, dishonor, pathological lies, ruthless behavior to meet their bottom line agenda, ‘THEMSELVES”. For those who are fooled and may consider them as leaders, they do so at a catastrophic negative cost to America and the world. They are not even Republicans. Republicans in history at times wore a human face in at least some of their policy making. This here is a group who would take their own party down to win. They are paid by the men and woman behind the New World Order. This has nothing to do with America, all to do with world dominance. Wake up. Jobs and the economy are weak. The same environment that brought Hitler to power. Do not think for a moment that if they gain any headway we will not be recipents of horrific holocaust conditions. You must see this now before it is too late. The whole world is under water .. and Obama is constructing lifelines. Hang on Luke! We have a leader who is softening the blow. If you want to get your lights totally knocked out and drink tea while eating crow for the next 4 years grab Yoder and the gang and put out your wrists for the chains. If you want to believe and have faith that we can navigate through these times with compassion, innovative constructive policy and a better kinder world for our children then hang with the big O. I know I will and have hung out with our President. I like it light!

One think republicans BETTER understand is that US CITIZENS who have elected them expect them to behave in a morally superior manner ( as opposed to democrats showing their weinnees on the net ) and we expect our reps to make laws that benefit US CITIZNE TAXpayers and make sure the president doesn’t overreach his authority which is to ENFORCE ALL CURRENT LAWS.
