American Arms Experts Going With Kerry To Meet With Russia

WASHINGTON (AFP) – A team of American arms experts will accompany Secretary of State John Kerry to Geneva to meet with Russian counterparts for key talks on Syria’s chemical weapons, a U.S. official said Wednesday.

Kerry will also meet with the UN-Arab League special envoy on Syria, Lakhdar Brahimi, State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said, adding the talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov could last until Saturday.
