A second potential whistleblower with more direct knowledge of President Donald Trump’s apparent criminal activity toward Ukraine has contacted the intelligence community’s inspector general and is considering coming forward and testifying before Congress.

The second whistleblower was one of the intelligence professionals the inspector general interviewed to corroborate the facts presented by the first whistleblower.

The intelligence community inspector general, Michael Atkinson, has already notified Congress there is a potential second whistleblower.
