Yeah, yeah, we all know that a diet high in fruits and vegetables is good for you. Now studies show that they also contribute to getting more out of life. Pacific Standard discusses a study carried out by New Zealand’s University of Otago that links fruit and vegetable consumption to, well, happiness. But “while it’s too early to claim kale will cause contentment, the results do suggest that healthy eating and psychological flourishing go hand in hand. Which is certainly food for thought.”
