#EndorseThis: Samantha Bee Opens Rescue Farm For Displaced Trump-Era Diplomats

President Trump promised voters he would “drain the swamp” in Washington D.C. Instead, Trump has been busy draining the nation’s capital (and U.S. embassies around the world) of competent employees.

Full Frontal host Samantha Bee won’t stand for the abuse of sentient animals, including humans. In today’s clip, Bee visits her own “rescue farm” for Obama-era State Department workers fired by the Trump team, as well as those who voluntarily quit upon witnessing the new administration’s abuses first-hand.

Former U.S.-Somali diplomat Elizabeth Shackelford, who resigned in December ’17, takes time out from rehab to tell Samantha why she returned to the private sector. Not only did Trump threaten to nuke Korea, replace diplomats with generals, and later call her beloved Africa a “s***hole,” he made Shackelford feel like she was wearing Ivanka’s latest perfume.

Ignore the old guy with the homemade megaphone. Oh, and don’t purchase any “Bee’s Sausage” you find on grocery shelves.
