WATCH: Is This The Most Devastating Political Ad Of 2012?

President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign released a brutal new ad over the weekend, attacking Mitt Romney for his offshore bank accounts and his ties to companies that outsourced jobs.

The ad, called “Firms,” features a list of accusations against Romney shown over audio of his off-key rendition of “America the Beautiful.”

“Mitt Romney’s not the solution. He’s the problem,” the ad concludes.

“Firms,” will run in 9 swing states: Colorado, Florida, Iowa, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
